Most awful years of my life. Swats for making bad grades, cleaning toilets for missing days of school, detention every day with no help to improve my grade, being forced to eat bread with peanut butter for lunch by myself in a corner without a table, sometimes no lunch at all, teachers bullying me and other kids, teachers making me feel uncomfortable by touching me, smelling my things, making me do weird things like giving my shoes up or asking me to stop by their car after school hours to get "secret candy". All of those punishments because I wasn't good at math. I'm still not and I struggle in college every day. Thanks to teachers like Mr Rob who kept me sane through that hard time. I could go on and on about the unfair treatment I was given at this school, but I've been talking about it for years and nothing has changed. Highschool is a very important time In a kids life. They are figuring themselves out and finding out who they are. Sometimes they are going through things we are unaware of. I wish I would have spoke up more.
